Here at Cornerstone we work in staged payments. Typically, we will provide the labour & materials for the 1st stage of the job and upon completion of each stage, we will request that an additional payment be made.
The number of stages depends completely on the size & cost of the job. This usually varying between 3-7 payments.
Yes, you can make site visits as often as you deem necessary. As long as all visits are followed within our health & safety protocols, we encourage site visits.
You’ll probably need planning permission if you want to:
1.Build something new
2.Make a major change to your building, such as building an extension
3.Change the use of your building
